1. About us
Larova is a Pakistan-based home & lifestyle brand. We sell and deliver within Pakistan only.
2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Most orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery basis. When you place a COD order, you commit to receiving the parcel and paying the stated amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, an incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or a history of refused deliveries).
3. Prices & payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges shown at checkout. Delivery is free across Pakistan unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
4. Delivery
We dispatch through third-party courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city and courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control.
5. Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 304 5316190 within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo or short video. We will arrange a free replacement in line with our Refund/Return Policy.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes such as bag dimensions and material thickness are supplier-stated and may vary slightly. Space-saving results depend on the item and how much air is removed.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and the Larova name and branding — belongs to Larova and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Larova is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
