<p>Larova is a Pakistan-based home and lifestyle brand selling vacuum storage bags and home organisation products. We sell and deliver within Pakistan only.</p>
<h3>2. Eligibility</h3>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a contract, to place an order on this website.</p>
<h3>3. Orders</h3>
<p>Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example where the address is incomplete, the phone number is unreachable, the product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or there is a history of refused deliveries. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.</p>
<h3>4. Prices and currency</h3>
<p>All prices are listed in <strong>Pakistani Rupees (PKR)</strong> and are the final amount payable for the product. Delivery is free on all orders placed on this website. Prices, products and availability may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price that applies to that order.</p>
<h3>5. Payment methods</h3>
<p>We accept:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cash on Delivery (COD)</strong> nationwide — pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.</li>
<li><strong>Online payment</strong> — debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Raast, direct bank account transfer, and mobile wallets, processed through our payment gateway partner, which is licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan.</li>
</ul>
<p>Online payments are captured on the gateway's own secure, PCI-DSS compliant page over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection. <strong>Larova does not see or store your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or bank credentials.</strong> If a payment is declined by your bank, no order is created and no amount is deducted. If an amount is deducted but your order does not appear, contact us immediately at +92 308 5603032 and we will trace and resolve it with the gateway.</p>
<p>When you place a Cash on Delivery order, you commit to receiving the parcel and paying the stated amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.</p>
<h3>6. Delivery</h3>
<p>We dispatch through third-party courier partners within 24 to 48 working hours of order confirmation, with delivery normally in 2 to 4 working days. Full details are in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping & Delivery Policy</a>. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city and courier.</p>
<h3>7. Returns, replacements and refunds</h3>
<p>Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced free of charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Full details, including refund timelines, are in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Return & Refund Policy</a>.</p>
<h3>8. Product information</h3>
<p>We describe our products as accurately as we can. Bag dimensions and material thickness are supplier-stated and may vary slightly. Colours may differ slightly from photographs depending on your screen. Space-saving results depend on the item stored and how much air is removed, and are indicative rather than guaranteed.</p>
<h3>9. Acceptable use</h3>
<p>You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to interfere with its operation or security.</p>
<h3>10. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>All content on this website — text, photographs, videos, graphics, and the Larova name, logo and branding — is the property of LAROVA (PRIVATE) LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.</p>
<h3>11. Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, Larova is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.</p>
<h3>12. Privacy</h3>
<p>Your personal information is handled in accordance with our <a href="/policies/privacy-policy">Privacy Policy</a>.</p>
<h3>13. Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Pakistan.</p>
<h3>14. Changes to these terms</h3>
<p>We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one and applies to orders placed after it is posted.</p>
