Your happiness matters to us. Because Glowdanti is a cosmetic, hygiene product, opened or used strips cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, wrong, or sealed-but-faulty product, we will replace it free of charge.

 

To request a replacement or refund, message us on WhatsApp with a photo or short video of the issue and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Refunds on advance-paid orders are processed within 5-7 working days.
