<h2>Shipping & Delivery Policy</h2>

<h3>1. Where we deliver</h3>
<p>We deliver <strong>nationwide across Pakistan only</strong>. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.</p>
<h3>2. Delivery charges</h3>
<p><strong>Delivery is free on all orders placed on larova.store — there is no minimum order value and no hidden charge at checkout.</strong> The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.</p>
<p>For custom or partial orders arranged directly with our team below Rs 1,999, a delivery charge may apply. It will always be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.</p>
<h3>3. Order confirmation</h3>
<p>After you place an order, we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please give a correct mobile number and keep your phone reachable. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.</p>
<h3>4. Dispatch and delivery time</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Dispatch:</strong> orders are dispatched within <strong>24 to 48 hours</strong> of confirmation, on working days.</li>
<li><strong>Delivery:</strong> <strong>2 to 5 working days</strong> anywhere in Pakistan after dispatch.</li>
<li>Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are often faster than this window; remote areas and small towns may take a little longer.</li>
<li>Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.</li>
</ul>
<p>Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control — but we will always keep you updated and chase the courier on your behalf.</p>
<h3>5. Courier partners</h3>
<p>We ship through licensed courier companies operating in Pakistan, including <strong>PostEx, TCS, Leopards and Trax</strong>. In and around Lahore some orders are delivered directly by our own team.</p>
<h3>6. Tracking your order</h3>
<p>Once your parcel is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number with you on WhatsApp. You can track the parcel on the courier's website, or message us at +92 308 5603032 and we will check it for you.</p>
<h3>7. Payment on delivery</h3>
<p>Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — you pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches your door. You may open and check the parcel in front of the rider before paying. Orders paid online in advance are delivered the same way, with nothing to pay at the door.</p>
<h3>8. Failed or undelivered parcels</h3>
<p>If the courier cannot deliver your parcel because nobody is available, the address is incomplete, or the phone is unreachable, they will normally attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to us.
