We want you happy with your Larova order.
- Damaged or wrong item on arrival: message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo/video and we’ll arrange a free replacement — no arguments.
- Change of mind: you may return an unused set in its original packaging within 7 days. Return shipping is arranged with our team.
- Hygiene: used vacuum bags cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.
- Refunds: where applicable, refunds are processed after we receive and check the returned item.
With Cash on Delivery you only pay once the parcel is in your hands — so you order with zero risk. To start a return or replacement, WhatsApp us with your order number.
