Larova respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
- What we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address and order details — only what we need to deliver your order and provide support.
- Payments: most orders are Cash on Delivery, so we do not collect or store card details at checkout.
- How we use it: to process, confirm (via call/WhatsApp) and deliver your order, and to help you if there’s a problem.
- Sharing: we share your name, address and phone only with our courier partners to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your data.
- Contact: to ask about or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.
